This man is a loudmouth. Always making a fuss. As much of a fuss as possible. You might think of him as an arrogant asshole. A pretty charming arrogant asshole. Alternatively you might consider him to be a cheeky brat never having learned to behave. Not even willing to learn to. Being charming anyway. What I do see is a british underdog who makes the most of a mixed situation: luck, stubborness, shrewdness turned into something which simply worked. For him. And there he is - grinning, provocative, self-deprecating, waiting for the hammer to fall. That wouldn't trouble him, I'm sure. He's been on the strong point ever since.
